Would there not be Constitutional legal issues with any new CBCC digital currency guides?? I could see how it could work in China or Sweden but probably half our economy is running on some kind of illegal scheme. Same with Russia if not more. All those Hellcats and BMW's are not funded by Walfarts jobs.
