Can confirm. Went back up a bit ago.

Wasn't really worried, as useful as internet is, the local level matters more, just like the old days. If the internet goes out permanently, all that will matter is the local level.

don't worry, it's just a little coronal mass ejection.

You have to be ready for the day where internet is no longer applicable for day to day life, this is the truth.

If you had $400 dollars to blow right now, what would you buy?

You begin to see that the technology doesn't necessarily matter all that much, especially post-Covid with the amount of death that just took place, and now the stupid war in Ukraine.

What was supposed to enhance quality of life has largely become a detriment to many people's lives.

Think Netscape Navigator and those days. (Those who are old enough to remember.)

There was still a creepy factor during the Netscape Navigator days, where people didn't really let their guard down, and it was recognized as being a new and unknown frontier.

Before there was internet, there was life. Life in the 90's was good, and nothing going on really warranted a George W Bush after Bill Clinton.

Even after all that's happened, they're still dead set in their ways, just like the Russians.
