Ask any physician: they prescribe hypertension medication differentially by race. Example: African Americans have low levels of "renin", so certain drug classes (ACE, ARB, etc) that work on the renin pathway are rarely, if ever, prescribed. These drugs work wonders in Caucasians though.

If we were only different by skin color, you would not find this kind of physiology difference across entire populations.
