I’ve been watching the water situation too, I’m also in your FEMA region lol…
If you rent, and are easily mobile to pick up and move, then watch this summer and thru fall. If it gets worse get out, if not I think we have about 11-13 months before it becomes obviously f’d up, and people will want to sell their houses and get out.
Idk just watching it as well… not looking good though imo
