Breaking News: My Brother who is in the Navy in Indianapolis told me expect major event before 4th of July

My brother works in Navy intelligence and called me last night and told me major brass expecting Russia to make dramatic move towards NATO before 4th of JULY. He said U.S knows and needs Russia to make first move in order to go full blast on military engagement with missle strikes inside Moscow. He also mentioned U.S has been monitoring several Russian and Chinese subs on east and West coast and lost track of two.
