Quoting: DangerClose But yes, at first you should gradually extend periods of sun exposure. as kids it use to take us 5 to 7 days at the beach to get a good lobster tan not half an hour in direct sun I recall my other siblings use to plaster cooking oil and what ever they could to try and get a good tan, it took them days to get a nice brown tan It use to be mid day when the sun was the highest that it was the strongest and her at 4pm it would be less strong and parents would allow their kids out to swim. Now that late sun is deadly Agreed. Late afternoon sun is what does my plants in. I'll second that...late afternoon all my livestock heads for shade like clockwork...4 ish My house heats up by 10 degrees upstairs between 4-5.... Used to be the heat was 1-3 then a cool down... Now seems between 4-6 its hotter than hell... |

I have seen video clips of instruments that measure "UVA", "UVB" & "UVC" that demonstrate "UVC" was reaching the surface of Earth. The "UVC" wavelength is the shortest of the three wavelenths and is considered the most damaging. That is why the Sun appears White and NOT Yellow. This subject gets virtually NO coverage. Lets keep the cattle moving to the slaughterhouse with no stampede! We are literally TOAST!! |

Sun is super intense, most of the burn came in an hour in the afternoon. If you go out there, UV up and take breaks out the sun, kids love to be out all day, dont let them. you been warned! I've always had to be very careful when out in the sun, especially in the summer. I'm extremely fair skinned, and burn very easily. My own sweat burns my skin. My family is the same way, and my husband, and our kids too. The sun does keep getting brighter and hotter too, meaning we have to be even more cautious. Like you said be careful, take breaks, get shade, especially if you're really fair skinned like I am. However whatever you do, no matter how much you might be exposed to sun, or how fair skinned you are, do not, and I repeat do not use sunscreen. Sunscreen is toxic and harmful, contains many harmful chemicals, and causes far more damage than the sun can ever cause to you. |

They can make plastic type bags with hemp now, there is no excuse for plastics. They can get rid of Plastic containers next. We need to go back to glass or paper cartons for milk, juices, detergent and other things that do not need to be in plastic. The plastics industry took over to much of the packaging industry they shouldn't be involved in. |

It's funny how you have all the coloring of a bright sunny day-your hair is bright and shiny like the sun and the color of the sun. Your eyes bright blue like the color of the sky on a bright sunny day your skin very white like white puffy clouds on a bright sunny day and from what you've said about yourself you sound hot and the sun is hot. Yet the sun is so harmful to you and you burn so easy. It's funny the very thing your coloring resembles is so harmful to you. Well darker haired darker eyed darker skin people have the coloring of a dark gloomy cloudy day yet they take the sun really well. |

Blonde Goddess User ID: 83601795 Mexico 06/29/2022 10:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is true. Sunscreen will do far more damage to you than the sun ever could. I'm as fair skinned as a non-albino person can be, and burn very easily. So is my family, my husband, and my kids, and we never wear sunscreen, and never will. If it worked, and was harmless we'd be wearing it, especially with how fair skinned we are, and how easily we burn. It doesn't do any good, and is harmful. So we just be extra careful, especially in the summertime, and make sure to get shade, and make sure not to be exposed to the sun for too long at a time. |
Blonde Goddess User ID: 83601795 Mexico 06/29/2022 10:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sunscreen is also pushed most heavily on white people of course. Especially ones with fair skin, blonde or red hair, and light eyes. Hair dye, make-up and other cosmetics, plastic surgery, tanning sprays, tattoos etc. also cause cancer, contain harmful chemicals and/or other health issues. It's best to avoid all those things, and appreciate the way you are naturally. God made us the way we are naturally for a reason. These things are pushed heavily on white people and white countries. Pushed on white people, by the j people, of course to get white people to destroy their natural beauty and uniqueness and kill us. Meanwhile the j people will use makeup, hair dye( we know how they love dyeing their hair blonde), plastic surgery, and lightening their skin to cover up their j features, and appears white, to blend in and more easily deceive. |
