the commerce clause only gives authority to ensure proper transport across state lines, and regulating interstate tarriffs

it doesn't give the authority to regulate WHAT is traded between states, only the manner in which it is transported, and how states can tax that trade

and once a good or service has been traded and is being used within a state, that authority is gone, no more fed power to regulate that good or service at all

That would drain a good part of the swamp

Exactly, and the feds claim this clause to enact nearly all of their authority. This claim has been illegal since the beginning, probably 95% of all Federal laws are unconstitutional. They've been getting away with this behavior for more than 100 years.

do you think when the constitution was written it was intended that after say a gun was sold from delaware to maryland that the federal government had any more authority to regulate that gun at all ??

They have the power to "regulate" themselves, but not us.

They have NO power to regulate Americans for any reason.

They are OUR employees. We have the power to regulate them.

Drivers License
Occupational/Professional Licenses
Business License
Amateur Radio/FCC
Boat Tags, Car Tags

Permits.. sales tax, zoning, occupational, health

Food, wine/beer/alcohol, tobacco, weed
