If they are not totally controlled they do have the power to stop it and severely limiting the Commerce Clause back to its original intention would do that.

I doubt that the Supreme Court will make a ruling "undoing" administrative law. The Executive Branch will still be able to regulate.

However, the Federal Government via the EPA has overstepped its bounds when it decided to regulate CO2. Under the Air Pollution Control Act (commonly known as Clean Air Act) it can only regulate "pollutants." CO2 is not a pollutant. Previous decisions stating otherwise have always been incorrect.

Yeah and the lawful conviction should only apply while serving your sentence... It's unconstitutional to limit other rights to felons who have served their time and are no longer on parole... How is the second a lesser right that can be taken away where others can't?

As I mentioned, the Commerce Clause has been BROADLY interpreted to impart a LOT of power even though it's just one sentence ("to regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes.") and even spawned the "dormant commerce clause" which is mentioned no where in the Constitution.

And the American high school system sucks. Just watch a few videos on people being stopped on the street and asked basic questions - like, how many states there are in the union.

The lower court did this a few weeks ago, with the SEC and it the case itself was the catalyst that got this started, he ruled that the SEC did not have the power to do what they had been doing which, they holding court and trying people which was punishing people. The ruling said they didn't have any constitutional rights to do anything and congress did not have the power to even give them rights to do anything only congress had a right and duty to do the work. The thing is if this administration agency doesn't have the power all the others which aren't in the constitution don't either, it doesn't matter which branch of government did it or passed their work on to these administrators it is not constitutional. Control of the monetary system had been passed to the Federal reserve board guess what I believe this goes for them also, could this be why they went crazy recently, that hurricane coming at them?

All administrators of the government are illegal. There needs to be states with limited to no abortion, the segregation of the races, not just black and white, no gay marriage, little taxes and small state governments with the majority of governing at the township level.

Then you'll have other states like New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey etc.. where you have socialist/communist governments with transgender teachers teaching kindergardners and 1st graders sex ed in school, unlimited abortion up to birth where they can drink the baby's blood in the street after the "sacrament". Nude beaches, gay and straight orgies during parades on public streets, mandatory 12 times a year vaccines, no religion, no churches, no prayer, no god. Just glorious Sodom and Gommorah communist utopia.

Then people can choose where to live. It's a win-win in my book. I think it's the best way to avoid violence.

And of course there will be some states that we'll be inbetween. But it will sort people out by beliefes and ideology and no longer living with eachother.

The constitution is not far-right, it is the commonsense document where the people are the true ones who set the government up and it is their money that pays the bills. The government was near our rulers, they are our representatives all of them are. It is based on John Lock's Idea of a country where the people are the rulers, not the government but it is the reverse. The first of its kind is where the people are the ones who wrote the constitution, and who are not the subjects of a ruler. Rule of law they set down yes, a Ruler over them no. Except for God, you made like it but this is how and what they did while writing the constitution, praying for guidance from The Lord God and His Son Jesus.
