You do see what is happening here, right?

There is no way the globalists in charge could ever complete their agenda with the USA intact, this is the beginning of the official end. Congress and the executive in place will likely make "official" moves to cause the complete cessation of it because the duly and legally appointed supreme court is "illegitimate".

Once that is complete, they can do whatever they want, ruling from the executive or any other actually illegitimate process with no possible recourse. These rulings will be their justification, not legally of course, but the media will legitimize it in the morons minds which is all they need. Propaganda and outright lies will take care of the rest.

I'd like it. Bureaucracy needs aggressive pruning. Cut it down, in 100 or 200 more years it will need cutting again.

But if they do this, we're much more likely to have another 100 or 200 years.

It would reduce the power of the executive. If the president then tried ruling on this and that, it would look like the Senate parliamentarian trying to create laws. It wouldn't work at all. Everyone knows the parliamentarian cannot do that.

Now explain how your comment makes sense.

Why are they doing this now?
Because our vote doesn’t count anymore. They will have to regulate these politicians in order to keep America as America.

They'd only regain the ability to regulate more if the Senate ratified an international treaty giving them the authority to do so. Like they did with migratory waterfowl hunting. People need to be ready to resist and stop any attempt to enter into any such treaties next.

There are no official moves unless they get 60 votes. If they just try to topple the government the mask is off and it’s up to who ever wins the will of the people. The media has lost so much power there isn’t a chance in hell they will convince joe blow that

I remember Neil Gorsuch said in his confirmation hearings, several times, that he was against "Chevron Deference", which allows agencies to make rulings, I think unless someone can prove they're incompetent to do so.

The opposite is to make them prove they're competent to make those rulings, and presumptively not allow them to make rulings.

Gorsuch was my favorite Trump appointment. I learned something listening to his testimony. Nobody should have to go thru what Kavanaugh did and it impaired his ability to come across coherently, but that aside I still liked Gorsuch the best.

Likewise Dobbs, which repealed Roe and Casey, was about cutting Article 3 (judiciary) powers down to size. Roe was written as legislation, and SCOTUS said that it's not the job of an Article 3 court to write legislation. That's for the Article 2 legislature to do, those senators and representatives, or leave it to the states.

Balkinization.

Thinly veiled as a return to states rights, this might just be a globalist move to make smaller sections of the US easy to conquer and/or farm out to foreign sources.

With everyone pulled back and doing their own thing, states full of traitors(like most of the coasts) would allow foreign occupation by such wonderful governments like china.

14th amendment citizens aren't capitalized.
They did that to remove 'Title'.

"Capitalize a person's title when it precedes the name. Do not capitalize when the title is acting as a description following the name." - Google (crappy source, I know)
