I see HIM moving in the SCOTUS and in the affairs of man.

What the enemy and those allied with the enemy mean for evil, GOD has is and will use it for good, for HIS Glory, that we might "know" HE is GOD.

We are taxed to fund the gov.
The budgets of all these Depts and Agencies is truly staggering.
1.9 million non military employees
2.6 million retired non military employees

Payroll in the hundreds of billions per year.

Federal income tax would be radically adjusted.
Entitlements would be stopped.

It would be anarchy. Not because free men and women cannot handle the new found system. The beholden will rise up.
No welfare, no WIC, no Section 8.
US Treasuries would spiral. The debt would be unmanageable with no lower taxes. In short the gov would become more bankrupt than it is now.

Once the money, and with that the power of the Federal gov is gone,the US would balkanize.

I am a Constitutionalist. But at this stage, I know that such a move would end the USA.
Any attempt by SCOTUS to initiate such a move would result in virtually every agency initiating preemptive supralegal action.
The era of a small government died in 1865. It will not be allowed to come back.
Those of you who say "Freedom" do not understand how monumental a change this would be. It would make the collapse of the USSR look like a PTA argument over the potluck.

This smells like freedom is ringing throughout the land.

Federal agencies are redundant.. Each state has an "EPA", Education department, Agriculture department, forestry dept, etc.

If you really look at it, all of these .FED agencies are major money laundering ops. Counties send money to the state, state sends money to the .FED, that money is chopped up and "administration fees" are deducted for fed workers, then money is distributed back to the state, then to the local county.

It's ridiculous.

Our state rights and personal rights would be back where they belong and less money in DC. Our constitution would then be back as it should have been all along. It is a very different world than you know, a better world than you know, in the world I mean your country and state. The world is sometimes subjective.

There were no tariffs between states, that was one of the problems for a war, believe it or not, this was a fight before the war which Abe Lincoln I believe started before he was president. The constitution said no tariffs between states of the Union, yes, Union is all the states. Union is why they say the state of the Union address, but they haven't done the work for many years to give an address about it.

This is the problem also it has already gone through the lower court and it was ruled on if it stands which I hope it will, the Supreme court will have made themselves a real Supreme Court the Constitution established it to be. They are to show what is and what is not in the constitution, not to make laws but to study the constitution and nothing and no other countries of entities laws just ours, this is why they were a separate branch of the Government. If they do not follow the constitution, they should be removed for not doing their duty.

You do not make it up from your own ideas, they put what they meant in simple language so, the laymen and women could read it just fine and understand it. They knew when someone was breaking the constitutional laws until they stopped educating the children of this country on these facts.

Your mistake is thinking we are a democracy, we are the Constitutional Republic of the People, which not a few groups against the majority, though there are some concessions to the minority but not the rule. It is also not a mob rule, this is why we have an election that has electors who are the ones who voted on election day. Biden was not fit to be president mentally and physically and they should never have placed their votes on Biden, he didn't win the day of the election by the election laws I read them, you can only count the day that on the day till 12 o'clock that night for the electors for each candidate for president, it was Trump who had won by that time, I watched that night and knew these people had done something so wrong against the others citizens of this country, they sold our voices.

The states cannot change federal election laws, they agreed to them, they can only change electors if there is a problem with the voting at the time or a tie, there wasn't any problem till Trump won. The biggest cheat the Democrats topped all the other cheats they had done. Oh, they are cheats and used to do it in the open streets on TV in NYC, buying votes from people and giving them cartons of cigarettes, using mental slow adults who are really children in their minds, they signed them up to vote and on election day, those children under five adults, got an outing and they went to the voting booth and their person voted for them, they got ice cream for their outing and vote. This one is definitely the time I thought, dang is there any deep they will sink to win? If you are a democrat know this, democrats have always cheated it their stick I call it. It means don't vote democrats because they are crooks and throw it in your face and you will still vote for them, which has been true the whole time, they lie, they cheat and they steal your money, you are beating yourself, with the stick you voted to use on you. The party of KKK and Jim Crow and claiming to be for your right no thank you. There are more than two parties and you can start others or be independent.

Yep, oh happy day!! In effect, a helluva lot less red tape and less guvmint employees.

If the SCOTUS does this (God willing) it would be the greatest gift to freedom since the Emancipation Proclamation!

I hate to say it, but, if it comes to that, they lose too.
