1) Surround my home with sandbags
2) Block all entrances except one
3) Turn off electricity to home
4) Stock up on at least 2.5 year's worth of propane canisters
5) Leave vehicle fully fueled and only ride a bicycle

Now water rationing! Mandatory! my water days are monday and friday before 7am or is it 9am? and after 4pm with fines!
Fuel $6.79-6.99 a gallon.
Risk your life to go to a bank or market!
Soon we will beg for martial law!
Utilities charging way to much, with out using any ac $1000 a month.
Auto insurance apx. $1000 a car.
