My tap water even through a brita filter is undrinkable. Aquafina is great. It's filtered, reverse osmosis. It's water. IDC where it started. It's filtered water and no flouride. Desani is not just water, it's has additives for flavor. Never drink that shit. The spring water is too hard for me. Can't do it as I drink a lot of water. |

The company is a regional distribution hub for charities in multiple states. Quoting: Ravens 3 he told me there is a huge shortage of bottled water. No one can get it in bulk...no one can find it in bulk (palletized) Even some Costos they checked had no cases of water. And the smaller volumes they can find are all of a sudden doubled in price. Just a heads up. Isn't it funny how they targeted plastic straws a few years ago? It was a litmus test for who would comply to fauvid protocol. Remember the outrage? Those who were big mad about straws failed to recognize everything else we consume that is wrapped in plastic. The ultimate strawman. I'm all out of bubblegum... |

The thought has crossed my mind that if things get out of control I may need that skill set to eat. Iguana pâté anybody? |

Still seeing shortages or absences of various food items. I do not foresee any future positive change in the US, under current leadership. Perhaps if there is a massive GOP groundswell in November, something may happen. This war on fossil fuels has been planned for years, but the shocking changes now seem overwhelming. Those who were big mad about straws failed to recognize everything else we consume that is wrapped in plastic. The ultimate strawman. Take that thought and extend it out. Who manufacturers the plastic ? What is plastic made from? Who profits from the sale of petroleum by products? Which policy blocks the use of hemp? Who are the lobbyists for the petroleum industry? Which politicians have a direct connection to the petroleum industry? My point is huge amounts of income and profit is skimed out of the petroleum industry by government and vested interests, who also then blame the consumer and now want to fine and tax the consumer, when they are the ones limiting packaging choice and profiting from they very thing they now blame us for. No one can get it in bulk...no one can find it in bulk (palletized) Even some Costos they checked had no cases of water. And the smaller volumes they can find are all of a sudden doubled in price. Just a heads up. No instock issues for our stores in NC (I work in the grocery biz). But I will say this- we are constantly getting warning emails from corporate that POs/ anticipated loads of water are missing their expected deliveries at the DCs. We may not receive shipments for days, but we keep enough pallets on hand to cover that gap. It’ll be interesting to see with hotter weather and our future first Atlantic hurricane how quickly that’ll evaporate. Considering how many more and more urgent warnings coming from whistleblowers who work in municipal water treatment plants... How long we have water is open to question. To all the people not seeing shortages and massive price spikes in your area yet, GOOD! Buy yourselves a buffer supply of at least a few weeks or months of food! As someone who has been watching this stuff for an incredibly long time I can say that the evidence is showing the supply chain is in very serious trouble. One good hurricane probably takes us down for at least 4-40 weeks... Even if we get through this hurricane season entirely unscathed, by September we're in serious trouble. Especially now that it's come out that the Biden administrations 5 year offshore drilling plan is no new leases! Gas prices are going to scream higher after the holiday weekend. That's going to heavily stress things. roguetechie |
