You know what I saw? I saw a scared child, doing her best to "shock" people in an attempt to get some much needed attention.

She'd never do what she said she would, she's trying to think of the most inflammatory, disgusting things she can say to upset people. It's a form of lashing out. She's desperate for attention, as you can see by her outward appearance. Must have had no love or attention from her parents.
