MSM doesn't get it:Are labor staffing shortages related to vaccine mandates

5m people can't work now.

Many more had their immune system destroyed by the vaxx to the point they catch COVID every time it comes around.

Of course they are related. All these stupid covid restrictions impede people's ability to work. They need to get rid of them all. Bring some sanity back into the work place.

No. Actual COVID protocols seem decent, but vaxx compliance verification is almost non existent in the private sector from what I see the last 12 months. I'm not complaining, and any indication that you are vaxxed can bring scorn.

Well lets see, my grocery store is always short staffed lets look at why

- Peope leaving for better jobs, because nobody with a family can support it on 12$/ an hour even in one of the cheapest states. Im single and i survive on 13 an hour but i have a cheap setup.

- More death, we lost 1 person last week, he has copd and stuff but was still only in his 40s or 50s, maybe vax maybe not he did actually have issues and was overweight, but a nice guy with a family.

- Also more death, another persons mom died last week, shes probably older since shes a youngish great grandma so we really cant tell if these are vax deaths but DEATH is in the air.

- im lucky i got to take over the recieving position because the guy is out for health problems, if we was vaxxed they most likely excacerbated them because he wasnt as bad last year, now he sounds tired and needs back surgery.

So thats why despite a huge slowdown at our store we are still majorly short staffed. Death, sickness and inflation.

Only decent thing is as long as we are open I have a job.
