The Tipping Culture In USA and Canada Is Beyond PATHETIC. RED PILL TRUTH

I am a millennial guy who was brought up in an old fashion household. I am not like the typical soy boys you see nowadays. Even most "Ch@d$" you see can't even change a tire or do an oil change... You can compare me to men who fought in WW1 or WW2. I am thick blooded and can not break that easily. Millennials who are like me 1 in a million. I am still have that old fashion mentality.. And no, I don't own a cell phone or facebook, or social media account either.. I'm part of the old school crowd.

Now let's get on with the tipping cultures in the USA and Canada.. Those are probably the only 2 countries in the world where tipping is usually required, and if you dont tip, it will be frowned upon.. The tipping culture has created the most self entitled spoil brats I have ever seen in my entire life. Almost every where I freaking go, everyone expects a handout.. I see tipping jars at supermarkets, Starbucks, Chiptole, gas stations, I mean, holy shit, it's everywhere now!! I used to be only servers at restaurants being tipped, now it is everywhere!!! Everyone now expects a handout..

Now lets get to the servers at restaurants.. I used to work at a restaurant for over a decade. Servers are the most narcissistic back stabbing people I have ever met. Most of them are druggies, drinkers or smokers, or hardcore parties or ravers (those who go to Raves).. Those who have worked in restaurants will know EXACTLY what I am talking about... I have always been against tipping, and I still stand by that today. Every time you tip a server, you are simply fueling their addictions.. They use that money to buy more drugs, cigarettes or booze.. It is true that some of them are hard working people and a single mom, yes, I understand that, but even then, they shouldnt be tipped. I have seen them complain all the time about not having enough money to pay rent or buy food, yet they have "extra" money to buy that brand new iphone or go to a concert... These are the type of mentality these people have...

Let me break this down for you.. This only applies to states that requires restaurant employees to get the state minimum wage and get tips. This doesnt apply to states that only pay servers $2/hr... If you make $2/hr ,then you need to reevaluate your life and get a better job.. Let's take Washington state for example.. The states minimum wage is $14.49. The law states that the employer must pay server $14.49 and hour and they get tips.

Most restaurants are now paying OVER the minimum wage, such as $16-$17/hr.. So when you pay your servers tips, they make over $16-17/hr.. Let's just say a server gets only $10 in tip in 1 hour.. That means they made $26-27/hr... You are telling me a no skilled job that requires an IQ of a peanut is entitled to make that type of money?? Now I am being VERY generous with the $10 tip.. ALOT of servers make more than that. Most servers on a NORMAL day make atleast $100 in a 5 hour shift..

Let me break down the math. Lets just say they get $14.49/hr and $100 tips in a 5 hour shift.

14.49 X 5 = $72.45
$72.45 + $100 tips = $172.45
$172.45 / 5 hours = $34.49/hr...

So you are telling me a materialist self entitled. server with no real skills deserve $34.49/hr??? Even a UPS driver or a high school teacher doesn't paid that much....

Just a few days ago, I went to a restaurant. The last time I went to a restaurant was over 2 years ago.. I despise eating out. Anyway, our bill came to $50.. Do you know how many minutes the server spent time on my table?? Less than 2 minutes... Almost every table is like that.. The server takes your order, brings you drinks, and then checks up on you once or twice after you get your food.. The chefs cooks my food, the food runner brings the food, and the busser bussses the tables... So on that $50 bill, I should tip 20%, so that would mean $10. So you are telling me that the server is entitled to $10 for that 2 minutes they spent on my table??? GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!!! And that is just only 1 table!! Most servers have 4-5 tables an hour.. That would mean $40-50 tips in just 1 hour.. The BS tipping culture was created to make us pay the salary for the restaurant employees... If people stop tipping, then the restaurant would need to cover the rest... And if the restaurant doesn't raise their wage, then people will apply elsewhere.. Just like how no one is applying at fast food anymore after Convid.. Why work at a crappy minimum wage job when you can get paid better elsewhere.. The same will apply to restaurants when people stop tipping.. Let the free market decide the wage...

Now let me bring you to my last and final point.. The people in western countires have it the BEST. People in the US and Canada have no idea how lucky they are to live in a country where the standard of living is so good and where the accesss of food, transportation, or other goods is readily available. Even with inflation and the BS politics we have, living in the US or Canada is a blessing. I had the blessing to visit many SE Asian countries about 4 years ago. I went to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand. I went there with my GF and we both traveled for 1 year. A typical American or Canadian wouldnt last a week living in the shoes of those hardworking people.. Do you know how much those people make in 1 month?

At a typical supermarket or restaurant job, they only get paid approximately $200-300 a month at best!! And that is working 6 days a week, 8 hours a day... that is less than $1.50/hr!!! and the average rent in those countries is $200-300 a month for a cheap apartment... even if they work 6 days a week, their salary only covers the rent... and not food or other stuff they need.. Which is why everyone stays with families even after they get married..

Now lets take a person in the US who makes $14.49/hr... Lets say they only work 40 hours a week 5 days a week. that means they make $2,318 before tax.. After tax is around $2,000.. Yo can EASILY rent an studio apartment for $1,500 a month... and you have $500 left over for other stuff.. Like I said before, the people in US or Canada have it much better than the rest of the world... Yet people in the US or Canada are narcissistic, self entitled and selfish people I have ever met in my entire life... If you ask me, I rather tip the workers in SE Asian counties rather than the workers in the US or Canada. They make less than us, and they work more than us too... I tipped so many people in those countries when I visited them, because they deserve it more if you ask me... In all of those countries, I saw little kids, as young as 5 year olds in raggy looking clothes selling lottery tickets or fruits on a street corner.. What do you see in the US or Canada? You see little kids with there heads down texting on their damn iphone 13 or ipads...

Right now you are thinking I am a shill who only supports Asian countries.. That is not the case.. If you have ever been to any of those countries, you will know exactly what I am talking about.... I am a full blooded American who is saying this... People in the US or Canada have is so good yet, they are not even grateful for what they have...

Once the Great Reset happens, people will then realize how good they had it.. Alot of people in this country need a rude awakening...
