SCOTUS ruling on the "Remain in Mexico" portion is simply this:

THEY rule on legalities as they apply to the laws and Constitution of The United States and citizens of.

Ruling on illegal invading people (non-US citizens) to "remain in a country other than The United States" is not in their prevue.

They are not tasked with the defense of our borders and invading persons from other countries.

We have other departments and trillions of dollars invested into this sham.

Kagan, when asked, said there was no right to same-sex marriage, yet she ruled in favor of it when the case came before her, did she lie too?

Now what we need to see is state's acting quickly like they did with Roe.

Immediately all these energy rich states should open back up to energy companies and tell the Feds to pound sand. Other states should start questioning the legal authority of most, if not all, federal agencies operating in their states. We could drive energy prices back down and tell the Fed to piss off while we're doing it.

If Governors don't do this now it won't make much of a difference.

What this decision tells me is it's time for these so called conservative Governors to step up...

Mid-terms will be interesting this year!!

SCOTUS this week:

- Only states can regulate abortion
- States can’t regulate firearms
- The Environmental Protection Agency can’t protect the environment
- States have power over Indian Country
- Miranda rights aren’t *really* necessary

The Supreme Court just said congress cannot delegate. They can only pass laws.

This has the potential of entire concept of having these agencies being gone.

The entire Administrative State of the Federal government should come to an abrupt halt.

I think it says the agencies can only regulate where Congress clearly gave them authority to do so.

What it doesn't do is cut down the presumption of expertise that agencies have. That would have been the Chevron Deference which Gorsuch said he wanted to overturn, and it was not addressed in the decision.

Now then, what is the clear delegation of authority that Congress gave the Department of Education?
