Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79629854 As a Debian/GNU Linux user, that's really scary because I'm afraid Microsoft is aiming for a total takeover of FOSS. I'm kinda on the hunt for a new kernel to be honest. I'd even take something like Herd that could power most of my applications. I'm not a social media user, so old school wouldn't be a problem. Who is a liar more than one who denies that Jesus is the Messiah? One who denies the Father and the Son is antichrist. Whosoever denies the Son does not have not the Father, either. - 1 John 2:22-23 Daily Prayer & Scripture Reading [ link to www.parishprayer.org (secure)] |

Microsoft is assimilating Linux, to embed into it, to subvert it and eventually controlling it with restrictions so it becomes its product. Imagine a Linux distribution that is unable to run on a mechanical harddrive taking 20 minutes to boot due to all the thrashing in the i/o subsystem. Imagine the embedded spyware. Uhgggg. |
