Does anybody else listen to Doctor Wallach on Coast to Coast ?I have some Questions

Just to focus on the wheat question:

Wheat today has a LOT more gluten protein in it than in the bible days.

Bread today is made from wheat that is often bleached (to whiten) and then hit with Bromine to "age" the flour.
Neither of these are good things.

Bread today typically had the outer part removed for white bread.

If you look up Ezekiel bread, this is made from sprouted wheat. WHen wheat sprouts, it converts most of the gluten to sugars, sweetening the bread while reducing the harmful gluten. I assume this is how bread was made in the biblical days judging from the name. You can buy Ezekiel bread already made, typically frozen. Or you can buy your own wheat berries and sprout them yourself, then mush the, into a dough and find a recipe to try.

I listened to Dr. Wallach's dead doctors don't lie about 8 years ago and found it very interesting.

Most of what he does now (I think, haven't watched him in years), is try to sell you his special stuff in a bottle for very high prices.

But he stated a few things that no doubt saved a lot of lives and made other lives better and longer.

The ones I remember without looking them up are:
1) make sure you get enough copper or your entire cardio system becomes weak and prone to aneurisms, varicose veins, and hemorhoids.

2) Everyone should eat at least 3 eggs a day. The cholesterol is a required nutrient for your brain and to make testosterone. You body regulates blood cholesterol, so don't worry about clooging your arteries up from a few eggs a day.

3) Avoid statin drugs. period. They will give you ALZ and also make men impotent.

4) Try not to burn foods by cooking at a high temperature. This creates free radicals which are bad news. (This will clog your arteries).

5) Don't worry about eating fat.

6) Wheat is used to fatten up cattle before butchering. It will fatten you up as well.

7) salt intake has nothing to do with high Blood pressure. and high blood pressure is not genetic. He suggested Selenium I think to reduce high BP? would have to double check.

8) He had a nice observation about why our farm grown foods lack most of the nutrition we need. The soil is stripped of micronutrients and the NPK fertilizers do nothing to restore those vital nutrients. In the old days people cooked and heated with wood and threw the ashes on the garden, thuse returning the vital minerals to the soil.

That is all I remember offhand.

I like the guy and the way he thought through the various issues. Hey, I looked up his age and he is 82 years old.
Must be doing something right. :)

So he says do not eat any Wheat, Rye, Oats or Gluten, and no processed meats, but what about Jesus and everybody in Bible times eating Wheat and gluten ?

I have trouble believing him when it comes to eating Wheat and Oats.

Can anyone debunk him ?

I believe his theory on vitamins and minerals though..

But it is almost impossible to eat like he says, just fresh fruit, eggs, rice and vegetables everyday in todays world...

Do You avoid all gluten Wheat Oats etc. ?

I stopped all wheat.oates, and grains in May 2021 and no sugars or fruits or high starch vegetables following the Keto protocol and I've lost from 400lbs to 230lbs. Trying to get under 200 by the end of the summer. I'm doing extended fasting as well, I'm up to doing 7 day water fasts at this time maybe once a month. I'm 64, I should have done this back in my 30's....trying to restore myself from years of living a bad lifestyle.

First off you are listening to an informercial whenever he is on. Coast to Coast gets a cut of his sales. That's why he and all the other so called doctors are on the show.
Cutting gluten from your diet is what the keto diet is. People have lost tons of weight doing it. So if you are say 50lbs over weight and you have a bad knee cutting gluten will take that weight off that knee. Suddenly you are cured because gluten bad! When in all honesty you just lost weight.
You want proof anything he says is a scam? Ask George if that liar was able to cure his sister of cancer or ease her pain before she died by cutting gluten.

Grains suck only because we grow the easiest varieties rather than the heirlooms best for health. Combine that with glyphosphate and you have modern problems tolerating grain. Grains have been indispensable for human sustenance.

Listened to this one last night though. Very interesting listen concerning timelines, multiverse and space bending.



Honestly, 3 subjects I could care less for cause nobody had ever put it into a digestible dialog...concept(?)

And then it gets more complicated for me now concerning End Times and all these timelines/multiverses merging with all of them leading to one End ultimately(if these scenarios are possible, just fun to contemplate)which ain't covered in this particular broadcast. But some other pretty interesting scenarios are, worth the listen.

Well... I have listened to him many times...I even bought some of his products....He says his staff are excellent
and will answer ALL your questions at any time....
His staff are nothing but people who answer the phone and they have NO CLUE..also his products kept changing names
and contents that were in said product..

I think he is all about selling his crap products!!
