Strange TV-screen-like lightning over Florida

I hate to cut your enjoyment but it is rolling shutter effect with a camera probably in high fps like 60fps or iphone slomo, I've seen it myself many times in my own lightning recordings.

even cameras have to "scan" the screen to transmit pixels data, so the last pixel isn't recorded the exact same time as the first.

Not sure where this was filmed, but in Tampa last night there was weird lightening that caused ONLY the volume on my streaming TV to turn off during the flash of lightening. I didn't effect the video portion or the house lights did not flicker. Never seen that before and I have been through hundreds of storms. Lightening Capital of the World, Tampa.

That is some odd crazy lightning and damn if it doesn't seem like the plasma is being messed with atmospherically.

Last we In north Florida on the ranch. We heard a continuing rolling thunder for more than 15 mins, never ever heard that before..so there is a change in the wind..what's coming?

Not sure what but my gut says it will change society.
