Most people aren't even willing to get the boosters that have already been recommended and now the government is buying enough more doses to put a shot in the arm of 81% of the US population? And then the government also pays more for each dose, right after Pfizer recently announced that they had something like 6 billion vaccine doses sitting in various warehouses unsold because nobody wants them anymore?
