I suspect a good portion of Americans will succumb to death in the next 12 months. And if this is to be the end of America, I am glad that I lived my life at this time and in this country. |

Strawberry Girl User ID: 81130680 United States 07/02/2022 10:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We all have these moments of defeat, but don't give up just yet. I do believe we are here at this time for a reason, even if it is just to witness events unfold. If you need to downsize, then get to it. My mom and stepdad just decided they can no longer live where they are and are getting rid of a bunch of crap they no longer need or have energy for. They are moving to a smaller, more easily manageable place. You can do the same. Who cares if you own a home or not? By 2030, none of us will, if you believe the jerks will get their way. Rent if you must. Do what you need to do to get by the best you can. You are also not as alone as you may believe. Get out and talk to people. Join a church or community garden or something. Anything that gets you socializing and gives you a sense of purpose. You got this! Goodbye, halcyon days... There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened. |

Mainly for the Magnesium, but all the minerals are important. 2) Co-10 enzyme. strengthens the heart and gives you some more energy. 3) Full bit B complex, including Niacin, (not niacinimide). 4) take a laxative if needed. 5) force yourself outside to walk. Use a cane if necessary. 6) fix your lawnmower. Good exercise. Buy a cheap $10 carbuerator replacement, and will likelt start up. Find a youtube video on your mower. 7) Play soome peppy music. To me it seems like depression, force yourself to get up and do things until they come naturally (that's what I do) You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or you will lose yourself every time |

Have been using the collagen, not just chicken but also ribs and they help. Bacon helps too, the selenium is needed and while I'm taking the supplement with NAC its not where near as good as the real Food grade. Ibprofen constantly, taken with several things. The first time after my morning coffe with iodine drop, in water, NAC and Selenium, and that helps enormously, but it wears off. The second batch in the afternoon is with OIL OF OREGANO capsule, that is very good for a short while, can sit without pain. And last is again with NAC at night. Also B3, Nad+, B Complex, a spoonful of nutritional yeast, WTIH PQQ and Resveratrol. And host of other things that I cycle as its too much to take in one day, Boron and Silicon. MSM Citrate for the off days, wild yam root that I switch over for Soy Isoflavones for hormone. Omega 3. Energy Magnesium helps. Iodine helps. Pqq and Coq10 helps. B vitamins help. C when I can. The imperfect timing of this is its just when my birthday present arrived, my tube greenhouse, and my son is fixing it up securing it, metal steaks, wood shelving, to try oyster mushroom farming. User ID: 81004338 Canada 07/02/2022 10:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP, this video is remarkable. Solving the problem, health issues, supplements and nutrition. And going around or through or bypassing The Block, sometimes its going a diff route, doing something diff, sometimes its making it work an alt way. For example dad says oh you can't do more than a hobby with the 26 foot greenhouse we don't have the 7000 for the electrical upgrades, and he just keeps trying to control my dream. My son and I discussed power station, and start with a cheaper one, add some solar, need 2 one for recharging, or even 3 of the 250-300 dollar ones, so one is always recharging, and I want to learn to build a higher power one as well. But we have to start with something. So we're already thinking alt roots, and if its doing well a pellet stove. If I can walk out there and even sit in my moms wheel chair to monitor things. There is never one way to do things. This is the 4th video I've seen with this remarkable man and his life work. Its about healing and working through the blocks. But now I have my mobility curtailed. Thanks. I forgot to mention iodine. If your thyroid is underperforming from lack of iodine, that will slow everything else down. Hip muscles can really be difficult. A good back walking Masseuse can fix it. Or sleep on a better mattress, or take up Tai CHi, which really focuses on lossening up the hip, knee, and back joints. If the proplem is a tight spasming piriformus muscle, focusing on relaxing that SOB muscle can help a lot. Hip roller device can help also balanced side stretches. Justme |

Rural life, even life in Nashville is to isolating and to much driving. It's that or Italy. I could live in Florence like a fucking queen for what I pay here. A nice flat in town is 1000 a month. I could eat everyday in cafes with the best food. If anyone here is from Italy I'd love to connect. What's it like right now? Tomfoolery |

How’s your diet? Even if your weight is good, if you’re malnourished you’ll still feel icky. Check out Dr. Eric Berg on keto and IF (intermittent fasting). Fixes all kinds of stuff health-wise. Been watching some YouTubes on the carnivore diet that look interesting too. |

Be careful of Italy: they, along with France & Austria, were one of the worst countries during lockdown and their mandates to come are likely to be more noxious to your health than auspicious. Sungaze is right about those vegetables with toxic oxalates (Popeye be damned!) and lectins etc. NO beans at all, too hard to digest, ditto for nuts, which I loved, can't digest them. Where in libland would you move to? Wish you lived closer but again: we'd be two peas in a fatigued pod, LOL! I thought I'd have a few more decent years, but my energy level after the whole scamdemic is nill. Quoting: Feathery I have issues with functioning in heat above 80 and my circadian rhythms seem to be set for having no energy at all until 6pm. That's when I start to feel energized, coffee just makes me more sleepy, it has to be a latte and there are no more morning routines or places to go. The lot across the street is for sale. When it sells, I'm next, with no idea where I'll go. I don't see how I can own again. I'm just to tired. The lawnmower broke for the 5th time ( just keep buying new ones since its cheaper than paying someone to mow the lawn). Soon I won't be able to do that. I damaged my knee but the Physical therapy place was so horrible I cancelled the sessions. They were still wearing masks even though they didn't have to. I wish I could have experienced what so many other women get to experience, being loved and pampered by people, always someone in your corner, brothers, uncles, cousins that all love and care for you. Anyway just venting. Did you take the vax? If you did that might be why your health is failing. |
