Breeding without consequence, breeding in pleasure and lust without a plan for the outcome child. America! Are you surprised? If you followed the Bible, this type of activity wouldn't be an issue.

To be fruitful and multiply doesn't mean having as many children as possible destroying a woman's reproductive function. It means producing God fearing capable children that are a tribute to God, a joy to the parents and fruitful and bountiful for society as a whole.

Be responsible parents. Test your children for natural gifts and accordingly plan their future working in this world. Read, write and mathematics in culmination with the word of the Lord.

Teach them base skills in case of disaster like how to produce food from scratch (agriculture), how to build shelter (carpentry), how to cloth themselves (apparel), how to defend themselves from their enemies (warrior) and how to make tools (metal worker), how to mend wounds and use herbs (simple medicine), how to use commerce wisely in the ways of money (financial accounting) and lastly how to sooth weary souls and create joyful social occasions, music, learn a musical instrument, how to read music.

These are base skills in my opinion, parents need their children to master both boys and girls. These skills need to be transferred from generation to generation. These base skills in measure with blessing from the Lord will produce a fruitful hardy resilient lot.
