The Monroe Institute & The Gateway Experience. Lucid Dreaming Works.

I've been using the gateway experience for some time now. I used to suffer from night terrors but now i just turn my back on them and walk away. I'm able to influence the narratives of my dreams and if i don't like something i just turn my back on it and walk away. I have also noticed the appearance of guide-like figures who i am able to converse with freely and they often help me in situations where before i would start to panic. This has bled over into my conscious life too - i have noticed increased focus abilities and heightened awareness. If you suffer from dream related problems give the course a try - i guess it's different for everyone but i have noticed significant results.
