I'd be investing in a basement where you can take advantage of 56°f(13°c) ground temperature because I have a feeling it's going to be a very cold winter for you guys. Besides that, where do you plan to bug out to? Russia? |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 83793598 Germany 07/04/2022 06:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thx for the advice and for those who asked: I´m prepping to stay in place...I live in a rural community that can sustain itself and has never not been hit at all in previous wars. I´m well prepped to make it at least a year with what we have now, surrounded by farmers and ppl who still know their way around a garden and stuff. So the plan is to stay here. But I can´t rule out a pole shift or similar event and I´m right at the coast. I expect there will be signs to tick off the ones who know what to look for and that we might have to get away from the coast. I have a good location with many caves scouted out in the highlands, but our car will not hold much of our supplies in case we have to bug out. I don´t know what will happen, but I want to be rdy for every possibility before the collapse. That´s why I feel like I need a camper. It would be an older, rather low cost one, 10k max. |

Buy a used cargo trailer, 7 x 12 is a good size with v-neck, fantastic fan for ventilation, rack on roof to put stuff including solar panels for electric, the rest is up to you. |
