Water wars heating up in Arizona - if you live in a desert, you're in trouble

In Tucson, our aquifers are chock full because of the aqueduct and always have been. It hasn't rained but a drizzle in a year and the sonoran desert is still green.

I get what you mean about the libtard mayors. It's awful but they lay pretty low which is a good thing.

I live in the desert and out of all those other options, I rather be here than those places..

Water, all I know, i know hundreds of people with.. wells, and we are fine... My well has been the same since we put it in since 2006...no difference...

All the neighbors are fine too..

Now talk about the water districts, they are deceivers, liars, thieves...

Where I live, the guy hauled water, his wife up the road was on the nearest water district, she was jaild For awhile for fraud within the company.. Stealing money..

Only good thing about that whole situation is they kept the water district... Out of here.. Because her husband was the only water hauler.. Lol..

So now out here 99 percent of the people have.. Wells.. And they are good..

Mine always been the worst.. 5 gallons a min..

But my folks mile down from me, there water is 18 gallons a min...

In our desert... My in-laws there water is 26 gallons a min..

When I was a kid.. My dad n his friend and me, would roam the desert, every once in while we come up to a well.. Just in the middle of the desert.. We would throw a pebble down.. Splash...

And some you could put your ear to.. Hear like a roaring river... Yes in the desert.. Near bylthe area.. In California...

Plenty of water.. Under the earth... Doing their best to fool people and say... No water... Bull!

Golf courses in AZ should be banished ,10-12% of the water in state goes to a game, we kill for sports….

No problem in Tucson and xeriscaping, unlike the dumbshits in Phoenix with green lawns and all those golf courses.

I was told by an engineer co-worker back in the late 90’s about wealthy oil families buying up aquifers in the southwest and California.

Nuclear power plants + Desalination plants along the west coast and Baja peninsula were the solution. These should have been built two decades ago.

It would be possible to divert water from the Mississippi River
to the Lake Meade Region, by building a huge Canal Project.
as it stands now, the Mississippi River just keeps rolling along, flooding in the Spring time,
and then us dumping all it's water into the Gulf.

In our desert wells run 400 - 4,000 gpm, depending on the size of the boring and pump.

just like the dude who invented a machine that pulls water from air. has been driving around US with his machines amd providing water for free to towns that need it, using those machines. they were recently sabotaged so theyd could no longer provide water. i forget the dudes name. hes in process if repairing

and these provide hundred if not thousands of gallons per day, from the air. dude better be careful, dont visit and supermarkets

More agricultural wells have gone in at over 1000ft in the last year than in the last decade
Foreign countries are here growing hay to ship home because there’s NO REGULATIONS on agricultural wells here. NONE. I’d say they’re stealing our water except it’s really the politicians who have sold us out. The county supervisors have fought hard against metering ag wells and they will approve any commercial permits for just a handjob
