Turns out independence was declared, but not accomplished. International bankers run the "unions" (EU, etc) and are working toward "unionizing" the whole world. To eventually unite all the "unions" into one global governance. Watch for the North American Union (Mex,Canada,US) and the new Amero currency. Relocalization will go hand in hand with the reduction in access to affordable liquid fuels. Oh, they have a plan. The well being of the US is not part of the plan.

Our SPR is being depleted to prop up the neighborhoods the international bankers want propped up in Europe. Not America.
