It’s not fine. Some of us have family living in other countries and all of us have a right to travel by airplanes for holidays etc

That's why I refused it, on principle.

If someone else has the right to inject you with whatever they want, and you're not allowed to say no, then you have no rights at all, you're an owned slave.

And they say, well, no one's forcing you, and I say, well, if you don't say no when you have the right to say no, that's the same as not having the right at all, isn't it?

"You have the right to say no, as long as you don't exercise it"

That doesn't work for me.

I said no and stuck with it. My job became so uncomfortable and unwelcoming (how can it not be a "hostile workplace" situation, when there's a sign on the door saying people like me aren't permitted on the premises?) that even though they took my religious exemption and didn't say anything, I ended up quitting anyway because nothing made any sense and it was affecting me mentally, to be in such a illogical environment filled with deep irreconcilable contradictions.
