The real reason for turning over Roe v. Wade was to eliminate "the unenumerated right to privacy," which the original opinion was based upon. No one from the right, or left, or the tards on this board, or any other seem bring this up, and realize the real implications of turning that case over.

Overturning Roe is a great victory, but it ultimately sends the issue back to each state. There will be states that still allow infanticide. There will also be woke companies that pay for their employees to make pilgrimages to sacrifice to Moloch. So if someone really wants to kill their kids, they can still find a way.

If anything, the Roe decision just riles up the right (for a great reason, btw) and infuriates the left. It increases political division and polarization.

We need a national divorce before things go hot.
