I have three non-vaxxed friends with pericarditis from covid. I think many performers got the saline. While I believe that the vast majority of these incidents are vaxx related, covid can affect the heart, especially in the immune-challenged.

Whatever pathogen it was, it left them weak and with pericarditis. Chemtrails have existed for a couple decades, but pericarditis rates didn't explode until covid.

A friend of mine was actually at the show.
Mere minutes before CS collapsed she posted on social media that the heat was unbearable (temperature plus humidity in Michigan can be pure hell). I'm very familiar with the venue. On the stage there is virtually zero airflow. The heat is trapped onstage from the roof above and the walls to the side and the heat of the lights makes it really uncomfortable. I totally believe the heat exhaustion story.
