I am not afraid of TSA or DHS. As an agency, their employees cannot collectively find their way out of a cardboard box.

I have been in lines in the past where I had to show my passport and boarding pass to no less than 5 TSA agents from the beginning of the security line to the end. I always ask for the pat down (a few of which were uncomfortably invasive) instead of going through the DNA scattering machine, yet I have waited up to 15 minutes so they could find a female agent to do it. (Plenty standing around doing nothing, though.)

If the government fails, these fuckers will NEVER be able to assimilate into the local population. They get their authority from a faceless dictatorship, but when that fails, no regional entity will permit them to run our lives. No reason to fear an overweight, useless bureaucrat with zero skills. Besides, a potato wedged deep in the exhaust pipe or sugar in the gas tank and they won't be going to work. When things collapse, it will be fairly easy to eliminate the threat of federal bureaucrats taking over.

Big nothing. All feds are required to acknowledge any plan, wether it's contingency or the next step. Everything is compartmentalized and sorted exactly as it should so ignorance will not work as an excuse for a lack of action. Ignorance creates liabilities and the feds do not dabble in unseen liabilities.
Even the TSA at lower levels has mobile command centers with MARS capabilities. Designed for communication during and after natural disasters/emergency situations, teams are trained and ready to deploy. Tracking the nuts involved in trail mix eats a large part of the pizza party budget
