The stones call for a human population of half a billion, which would require absolute genocide on an unimaginable scale. They were also intended as a message to government, not mankind. Whomever it was that commissioned them (likely some obscure name that nobody would know) was a Utopian elitist and Utopians have always been the most anti human and dangerous, seeing themselves as gods. So, which part of humanity is it that you'd like to see culled because that is the message. It reminds me of the guy (now deceased) who owned Patagonia. Same mentality. Bought up vast parts of south America to keep it to himself and keep the locals out. He believed himself to be special and to understand the value of nature and the environment unlike the profane masses.
