Nothing you said refutes anything. You say legally like the laws are just. Yes no one can take the land that you are on, just don't take more than you need and don't hoard properties. A nice place to live is a lifestyle choice actually. For most, it requires willingness to work and prioritizing your spending. It is neither a Right, or a privilege. It is mostly a choice. I know some people are less capable, I know some families have debilitating health issues.
A heroin Junkie on the street, or an Alcoholic who cannot function, has chosen to not have a nice place to live oftentimes. In America, you, for the most part, have had choices.
