You are totally wrong because it has done this before. Of course, I could have been Ball lightning. Some lightning storms in the South are really strong, you have small lightning storms, the middle, and then the worse, thankfully these don't happen as often as the others the force is a lot greater than normal. If you don't know about the lightning electric force you have a problem, if there is any iron ore under the property lightning will zone in on it with the full force lightning bolts will be in those places. You sure do not build a house of any kind in an area with ore that produces electricity. This goes for anything that can conduct electricity or that attacks electricity in any manner. The human body is one of these never be in a lightning storm and this is what they are called. The thunder is really bad, sounds like bombs going off everywhere. It shakes houses and nothing else. We have dry lightning and Ball lightning and all of these are rare but very destructive.

We have been having a lot of them here recently; my poor dog is terrified of storms and the thunder scares her a lot.

This year has been different for some reason I haven't found a reason for.
