I have been doing the navage nasal irrigation off and on since the covid bs started. Learned a hack to not need those stupid and expensive saline cartridges which cost almost .75 each...for salt water lol

I mix a gallon of distilled with 32 grams of sea salt and axd 5 drops of lugols solution for the iodine. Clears everything and allows me to breathe at night without nasal strips afterna decade. Found out the nasal swelling was mostly due to gluten allergy so cut out bread and such.

Going to add boron to the solution next batch and maybe selenium if I can find some pure stuff.

Same as you guys...havent had a cold or flu since starting this protocol.
