The second moon is another story from the early days of planet Tiamat, it was actually the reason the Atlans were called into action against the Draco.

When Tiamat was still being seeded, one of the first races to be seeded were the Insect people.

It was destroyed during a war between the Insect people and the Reptilians. A story that actually contains how the Greys were first created.

If you are familiar with the Warcraft franchise, the story kind of reminds me of the story of the creation of the Orcish Horde and the fall of the Draenei on the planet Draenor.

The Insect people operated on a Hivemind, there were a few different ones. Ant People, Bee/Wasp people, Mantis people, and a Moth people. They all had Queens that birthed their people much like the Bees and Ant colonies we have today.

When the Reptilians first started showing up and being seeded, the Insect people were already pretty advanced. They were a race of engineers, although not nearly as complex a people as humans are today, as they lacked emotional complexes and didn't have a lot of individuality.

There were over 25+ different races of Reptilians that evolved on the planet Tiamat, and as they started to advance they soon started to war amongst each other.

The Insect people mostly ignored them, as they were far more advanced and the Reptilians as low to them as what we view apes today.

But as the years went on the Reptilians began to evolve as their ways of war evolved. The reptilians were obsessed with which of them were the master and strongest race among them. For many centuries they warred, with some of their species being completely wiped out. But slowly they began to make major advancements, this was mostly due to the Draco secretly showing up and manipulating them behind the scenes.

Soon some of the Reptilians had discovered genetic engineering and while the majority of their race was obsessed with war, these few sought to combined all the strength of the different races to create one superior master race. With the rise of this master race, that contained all the various strengths of the different races, and none of their weakness, they were able to basically take over and all the other reptilian races submitted to them.

Thing is the Reptilians entire way of life revolved around war, and now that they were no longer fighting amongst themselves, they needed a new target to keep the "Horde" from tearing itself apart.

The leaders pointed them at the Insect people and soon the Insect people were drawn into a war they were not prepared for. Some of the Insect races were completely wiped out, and many of the Queens were killed. The Reptilians drove the remaining Insect people deep underground, but the war was temporarily halted when the Insect people created specialized force fields that would destroy anything that tried to pass through them that didn't contain Insect DNA.

This stopped the war for a few hundred years, but the Insect people were devastated. They had lost many of their Queens, and recovering from such a catastrophe would take time.

Meanwhile the Reptilians refused to give up on figuring out how to finish off the Insect people and soon began to create Reptile/Insect hybrids. These were the first Greys. The Reptilian leaders were able to control them using Hivemind tech that imitated their Queens and using these new reptile/insect hybrids they were able to breech their force fields and continue their war.

The insects bled to the bottoms of the Oceans, but it didn't take long for the reptilians to figure out how to follow them there too. Almost completely wiped out, the Insects tried to flee to the Moon, they had developed some short distance space travel similar to what we have today.

While the last of the Insectoids tried to flee to the moon, the reptilians tried to shoot them down and eventually started bombing the moon itself with rockets.

This caused the moon to break, and begin to crash into the planet. The higher level beings at the time that were in charge of our solar system at the time tried to save as much life as they could on the planet, but the moon crashing into the planet caused an extinction level event. This was one of the extinction level events that ended one of the early ages of the dinosaurs, and started up a new dinosaur age.

It was after this event that the Namma'lu were seeded to keep the peace on the planet, and reason why the Atlans were sent here to fight the Draco.

Following this event, the Reptilians were exiled to the Inner Earth and the few remaining Insect people were allowed to build themselves a new moon.

Unfortunately the Insect people had lost nearly all their Queens and were unable to recover, as such their consciousness was vulnerable to Yaldabaoth and the Archons. They began to teach the Insect people how to reproduce using synthetic means, and new Grey races were born. They devolved from the peace loving race they once were into a more savage race without their Queens, and the Archons took advantage of this. They turned their moon into a world ship and left our solar system and began to conquer other planets, transforming their populations into Greys as well as a way to keep their race going.

Although there's a few Insectoids that live inside the Earth such as the one the Hopi people mention in their history, the majority of left and now serve the forces of darkness as agents of the Archons.
