You know the oilfield is pretty busy right now, they are begging for workers. So where is all this oil going? To the same place it’s been going to for awhile... China. Honestly I believe all of the workers out there (US) are actually working for Chinese companies. Kind of like how China has a big hand in owning Americans meat packing.

Why can't China make hydrocarbon fuels and distillates from seawater?

US Navy nuclear aircraft carriers make jet fuel from seawater. China can dedicate at least a 4th gen nuclear plant to make hydrocarbon fuels at higher qualities than what Biden offers.
