Where did all the coins go?
In my local grocery store this evening & spotted a sign at the checkout saying if you want to pay with cash, please pay with exact change because of the national coin shortage.
I'd guess this is pandemic related, but where are the coins?

count is 15 total, a dozen even if we class all poxes and HV's together. so since APRIL we have a minimum of 10 odd outbreaks. without updates, those are currently in motion around the globe and the list grows constantly. list does not include viruses that affect some areas of the world normally either. such as DF in FL.

also not including animal outbreaks such as worms in pigs from ARGENTINA or bird flu now jumping to canines and seals.

We just found out we got turned down for a mortgage. Not for bad credit, it's for having NO credit. On top of that, Mr. TB's debit card got hacked AGAIN! At least that was fixable.

We won't be able to rent anything different either. This is just effen unbelievable! It doesn't matter how much is in our bank accounts.

TB, i asked the others a question on where they think things will go next. if the govern does a lockdown and freezes move outs, u will b fine. or will govern do a huge stimulous again? and how soon?

if u and i knew the answer, we'd b stocking heat for this winter.

Thing is, they're playing games with us all. The management company, that is. Someone just rented the house behind us! We haven't gotten the move out letter yet, either, thankfully.

I'm not sure I'm going to make it to September to start dialysis, either. Getting more tired and out of it all the time. Need a 1 floor only place fast, the stairs are getting hard to do.

I'm not holding my breath for stimulus money, anymore than I am for the lottery. We never got it, didn't need it.

based on the data that dates it back to 2018, not adding it yet. keep an eye on this thou. could this b a link to the seizure virus down south? that was occurring in older children than this.

a note that is alarming "One developed symptoms while still in the neonatal intensive care unit. The virus is spread through respiratory droplets". that does point to something strange with it. a nurse, who we know was vaxed, most likely carried it into the unit.

i hate that our great scientists can't think. they want to grab easy quick answers even when they defy logc. blaming many of these disease upticks on ppl staying away from other ppl. if the virus had no hosts to jump to , why didn't they die out? if it was just social distancing , then why isn't everyone sick right after they removed the lockdowns? the idiots- ppl have not been wearing masks for over a year. so ppl should have been sick with all kinds of viruses back in late summer last year based on their theory. other than schools and govern buildings, ppl went to work. few ppl were locked down longer than a cpl weeks. and even then, they visited relatives and neighbors.

based on the merge theory and the vax causing issues, there will b many more of these type outbreaks. vaxed ppl are carrying them. not all will become full epidemics. depends which traits are merged or mutated.

This is ridiculous policy. Mortgage companies should look at previous rent amounts and timeliness of payments instead of whether or not you have a Discover card. JFC.

TB, check out the bank of america affordable home loan programs, they allow for alternative credit and have downpayment and closing cost grants, that's money the bank has set aside for the program. There's no special qualifications or hoops to jump through on the affordable programs.

Higher loan to value, with some having no reserve requirement, its worth a look.

That is always a problem.

I HATE debt, but we always maintain some little debt load, at zero to 1% interest, to keep our score in the 800s.

I usually do that with a zero percentage Lowes purchase once a year when they run the credit specials, then pay it off before they begin charging interest.

Pisses me off that the credit score gets dinged for being responsible.

That's what we applied for.

We worked so hard to get rid of debt before we got too old. I can't believe there's absolutely nothing on there. Something smells. We just paid off the Nitro a couple of years ago. That was the last thing and that was only 3 or 4 years ago. I know we had a credit rating 5 years ago. I don't remember what it was though.

Well, 4th down and punt I guess. At least we know what we're up against for sure. I was a little afraid we'd have a low rating because we did pay everything off.

Just found out. We lost a very good friend overnight to a bloodclot. Her husband is in rehab with a broken hip. He fell last weekend.

Before anyone asks, yes. They took the shots.

I will miss her very much.
