I'm screaming inside my head, guys. We had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork done last Friday and they were supposed to sign off yesterday afternoon. One of the sellers STILL hasn't signed! Supposedly, they don't have email. Who doesn't have email!?! If they have a phone, they have email!
There was another showing, again supposedly, after ours on Friday. What do y'all think? Are they waiting for a better bid? Or, do they really NOT have an email?
Trying to not drive myself crazy, after keeping Mr. TB calm yesterday, but having a hard time today.
Am I being paranoid?
On our side, we bid the asking price and are paying most of the closing costs plus a structural inspection (required by state law).
Quoting: Texan Buckeye sounds like a pit to get more $$ from u to their "friends", while they hold out for a higher offer. sux if u are paying inspections or have $$ tied up while u wait. otherwise, i'd keep my eyes oen case u find something else. however, there are ppl who don't list emails. i seldom use mine. i don't give it to businesses or govern ppl. cuts out spam. course, i don't use a call phone either. never txted. but i am not running a business.
