I'm screaming inside my head, guys. We had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork done last Friday and they were supposed to sign off yesterday afternoon. One of the sellers STILL hasn't signed! Supposedly, they don't have email. Who doesn't have email!?! If they have a phone, they have email!
There was another showing, again supposedly, after ours on Friday. What do y'all think? Are they waiting for a better bid? Or, do they really NOT have an email?
Trying to not drive myself crazy, after keeping Mr. TB calm yesterday, but having a hard time today.
Am I being paranoid?
On our side, we bid the asking price and are paying most of the closing costs plus a structural inspection (required by state law).

It's possible we haven't heard yet because our agent had an event to go to today. I'd forgotten about it until a bit ago. It doesn't help that I'm having a "rough" day today because of the weather coming in tonight. I find I get bitchy when that happens and try to stay away from everyone. I've quit screaming! Promise. I'm taking out frustrations while grinding leftover turkey that I had in the freezer for sandwiches. There's more in that bag than I thought! LOL Yikes! Thinking of you and wishing you the best!!! Kidney news is awesome! Wishing I could move too... Won't even try to go into what I've been dealing with the past week, except to say hub's panic attacks have been off the charts...average of 8 minutes I get at a time to myself... Take care, all!
