I'm screaming inside my head, guys. We had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork done last Friday and they were supposed to sign off yesterday afternoon. One of the sellers STILL hasn't signed! Supposedly, they don't have email. Who doesn't have email!?! If they have a phone, they have email!
There was another showing, again supposedly, after ours on Friday. What do y'all think? Are they waiting for a better bid? Or, do they really NOT have an email?
Trying to not drive myself crazy, after keeping Mr. TB calm yesterday, but having a hard time today.
Am I being paranoid?
On our side, we bid the asking price and are paying most of the closing costs plus a structural inspection (required by state law).
Quoting: Texan Buckeye sounds like a pit to get more $$ from u to their "friends", while they hold out for a higher offer. sux if u are paying inspections or have $$ tied up while u wait. otherwise, i'd keep my eyes oen case u find something else. however, there are ppl who don't list emails. i seldom use mine. i don't give it to businesses or govern ppl. cuts out spam. course, i don't use a call phone either. never txted. but i am not running a business. Quoting: JAZZz50 It's possible we haven't heard yet because our agent had an event to go to today. I'd forgotten about it until a bit ago. It doesn't help that I'm having a "rough" day today because of the weather coming in tonight. I find I get bitchy when that happens and try to stay away from everyone. I've quit screaming! Promise. I'm taking out frustrations while grinding leftover turkey that I had in the freezer for sandwiches. There's more in that bag than I thought! LOL Yikes! Quoting: Texan Buckeye Thinking of you and wishing you the best!!! Kidney news is awesome! Wishing I could move too... Won't even try to go into what I've been dealing with the past week, except to say hub's panic attacks have been off the charts...average of 8 minutes I get at a time to myself... Take care, all! Quoting: Bastetcat I AM sorry Bastetcat. I think of you often, especially when I don't see you for awhile. I'm glad for the reprieve. I was really afraid he was going to say,"Ok. Now we start.". I'm grateful for the extra time. It's hard enough, I can't imagine how it would be trying to move with dialysis ongoing. I get tired easily now! At least, Mr. TB heard the doctor say all the symptoms that I already have. He knows for sure that it's real now. It's going to be interesting moving this time. Hopefully, 2 of our boys can come out to load and unload the truck. If not, we'll recruit from friends younger people. Life has changed greatly in the last 5+ years.
