I'm screaming inside my head, guys. We had to jump through hoops to get the paperwork done last Friday and they were supposed to sign off yesterday afternoon. One of the sellers STILL hasn't signed! Supposedly, they don't have email. Who doesn't have email!?! If they have a phone, they have email!
There was another showing, again supposedly, after ours on Friday. What do y'all think? Are they waiting for a better bid? Or, do they really NOT have an email?
Trying to not drive myself crazy, after keeping Mr. TB calm yesterday, but having a hard time today.
Am I being paranoid?
On our side, we bid the asking price and are paying most of the closing costs plus a structural inspection (required by state law).

I checked the website around 11pm and the house has gone contingent. I hope it's in our favor. We haven't heard anything and it was too late to call our agent to check. I asked our agent if one of the owners was elderly and she said no. Idk, I guess it really doesn't matter. We have a couple of backup houses to look at if this one falls through. I hope it doesn't though. I'm trying to stay up to watch the funeral. Not sure if I'll make it live. May have to catch it later on replay.
