Strained a muscle in my shoulder blade.
Finally found an unopened box of Bengay hot/cold 8-hour patches that I knew I had around here somewhere.
Took out a patch and put it on.
Working great.
Expiration date: 12/2012

Was shocked it had been that long ago since I bought them.
I’ll let you all know if my skin melts off.
