Russia is perfectly willing to sell fuel, but payment is only accepted in rubles, or gold. Rubles are not exactly difficult to acquire on the foreign exchange markets. These "sanctions" have only served to drive up fuel prices for Western countries, while at the same time, Vlad is enjoying record profits on Russian fuel. China and India are more than happy to take the supply the EU is snubbing. SMH. All our countries have morans in leadership.
