They propped up their company based upon a lie. The value was based upon a lie. Twiddler is screwed! nonetheless there's a billion dollar break the deal fee in the contract sooooooooo not a lot for elon to pay but it's not nuthin either Wrong, they lied to Elon and tried to scam him. They were caught so they're going to have to pay him. Any contract is null and void when it is based upon a lie.
