^^When I look inside my head and see thoughts it’s as if they were present before I had them. All the stimuli leading up gave way to the idea, the mastermind.

Its because YOU arent your thoughts. We are seperate from them. Same with moods. When we are conscious of this fact, we can pause before we take notice of them. Concentrating on breathing going into our noses will keep us focused on this.

We don’t live in the world of reality, we live in the world of how we perceive reality.

Thoughts are not facts.

Creation didnt include chocolate. When the Universe was created there was no chocolate. It also did not involve high-heeled shoes. Or a cow on top of a horse.

I don’t miss smoking weed as much as feeling numb. I like Vodka because it links me to someone of ill-fate. —-However treacherous that may be…
