1.2 billion-year-old groundwater discovered in South Africa is some of the oldest on Earth
Interesting

"Groundwater that was recently discovered deep underground in a mine in South Africa is estimated to be 1.2 billion years old. Researchers suspect that the groundwater is some of the oldest on the planet, and its chemical interactions with the surrounding rock could offer new insights about energy production and storage in Earth's crust"

Drill a 20cm wide hole and wait until the water reaches the ocean, then you get a new river stream.

Water was just there in Genesis 1.

Many scientists agree, that largely, most water on earth has been here since the start. Water is a miraculous element that defies many scientific principles. It has at least 4 states, water defies the laws of gravity and many brilliant scientists claim H2O can and does hold memory.

Let that, pun intended, sink in.

H2O is everywhere. 75% of our brain is, H20. 65% of our entire body is, H2O. 75% of a tree, is H2O. In the clouds, there is H2O, but also in the aether all around you, is H2O. (humidity)

H2O is literally everywhere.

H2O forms water.

Back to Genesis 1.

verse 1-10

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

You have to a special kind of stupid to believe the earth is billion(s) of years old. Writing only goes back 5,000 and it is an impossibility to predate beyond that. It is "theory " when scientists issue such foolishness.

I have no dog in this race, but aren't we all part of a brainwashing cult? Scientific, religious, political, however you want to put it.

There is no way to PROVE (not saying suggest) that the water is 1.2 billion years old. Carbon dating only goes so far, and everything else is just circumstantial evidence. Nobody's seen the core of the earth, nobody's been below 11 miles of the surface, but we can tell something is a billion years older or younger?

In the words of Joe Biden: "Come on, man!"

You're not smarter than someone for simply believing something someone else told you.

Never assume that the rate of radioactive decay is a constant.

Also, for that matter, never assume that time is a constant.
