But they're now offering a cha-ching, cha-hing "Authenticity Guarantee Service" to Sellers for that jewelry. Are they expecting precious metals to go way up, and pre-punishing sellers? One Nesara rule is that tax can only be charged on new, not used items. Ebay's gonna make hay while its Saturn Sun shines, sounds like. |
