I think this old one looks very very weak, and they need to rebuild and put a much nicer one in place, they might even have plans already for it... I look at it,and it looks OLD...Just like the twin towers,OLD,they needed to remake it ... I think this is what is in store, they will contiune to drain it...blow it up...build a new one, with new guts inside! Romans 14:11 It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God. OK, let's just see what is what: From the Green River drainage: Flaming Gorge is 73.47% of Full Pool (3,788,900af) Total inflows for water year 2022: 551,020 acre feet This is 41.64% of the July 28th average of 1,323,243 acre feet Total releases for water year 2022: 743,787 acre feet This is 90.93% of last year's release of 817,934 acre feet (This means that even with 500,000 af released for raising Lake Powell they still have not exceded last years outflow) From the Colorado River drainage: Blue Mesa is 44.55% of Full Pool (829,500 af) Total inflows for water year 2022: 555,918 acre feet This is 68.57% of the July 28th average of 810,734 acre feet Total releases for water year 2022: 419,905 acre feet This is 57.45% of last year's release of 730,936 acre feet (right in keeping with the drought, decreased inflows and equivalent decreased outflows) From the San Juan River drainage: Lake Navajo is 53.21% of Full Pool (1,696,000 af) Total inflows for water year 2022: 400,058 acre feet This is 50.68% of the July 28th average of 789,429 acre feet Total releases for water year 2022: 250,121 acre feet This is 57.62% of last year's release of 434,105 acre feet (a 7% increase of outflow over inflow is hardly significant) From the central Utah drainage, tributary to the Colorado after consumption: Strawberry is 75.78% of Full Pool (1,106,500 af) Total inflows for water year 2022: 123,267 acre feet This is 85.41% of the July 28th average of 144,326 acre feet Total releases for water year 2022: 2,118 acre feet This is 497.18% of last year's release of 426 acre feet (looks like seasonal irrigation needs here, unless someone has a better idea of where a 500% outflow spike is going) From the Dolores River drainage , tributary to the Colorado River: McPhee is 56.74% of Full Pool (381,051 af) Total inflows for water year 2022: 168,042 acre feet This is 54.36% of the July 28th average of 309,100 acre feet Total releases for water year 2022: 4,584 acre feet This is 393.81% of last year's release of 1,164 acre feet (again primarily an irrigation reservoir and this is a drought year) So all I see is high consumptive demand from downstream states and their ag. users during a drought. |

UT, and CO in since the map was released. t has rained every single day in all four states. CA has not been so lucky with almost no rain, but they are getting some rain in various spots today. Considerably more rain is predicted for CA tomorrow afternoon and evening in about 30% of the state. Blame athiests User ID: 83936664 United States 07/29/2022 08:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Water levels are directly related to lack of faith in God. Studies have shown that less people now believe in God, so our blessings are getting smaller as faith declines. Perhaps the covid vaccines will eliminate more athiests, and the water will return so our cups runneth over again. |
