Dunno.
Only the guys that wrote the bible know how they imagined god to be.
And their agenda of course.
I suppose the charterization of god is like that of a dictator.
Love me or die. Suffer and be rewarded etc.
You could easily take the traits of Old Testament god, and apply it to the rulers of North Korea.
Also the same result, the North Koreans are brainwashed like many Christians
