Germany: classified papers found in his trash can !are they preparing the ground to get rid of Bundeskanzler Scholz?

So our Bundeskanzler Scholz throws confidential internal government papers in his trash can at home, even without shreddering them first..

Can't be naturally so stupid.someone must have placed them there to set him up as unfit for his job?
